Lo Mein Noodle Sauce
A healthy version of lo mein sauce with toasted sesame seeds and walnuts, perfect with brown rice noodles.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup sesame seeds toasted in a DRY skillet, until lightly browned and fragrant
- ⅓ to ½ cup walnuts
- ⅓ cup low-sodium tamari
- ⅓ cup 100% pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon sriracha, or more to taste (OPTIONAL)
Instructions
- 1In a food processor or high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and uniform in texture.
