Ingredients
- 4 very ripe bananas
- 3½ cups old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder or extract
- Raisins (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2Mash the bananas until smooth.
- 3Stir in the oats, cinnamon, and vanilla (add raisins if desired).
- 4Use a retractable cookie scoop to portion the batter onto a silicone baking mat on a cookie sheet.
- 5Bake for 30 minutes or until tops are not sticky.
- 6Gently flip cookies over and bake an additional 10 minutes.
- 7Let cool completely before serving.
